The Chew’s had been looking for a waterfront vacation home for several years when they learned about Delta Coves.
Having grown up fishing with his father on the Delta, the community felt like the perfect fit for Terry and his family. And the short commute from their primary home in San Jose to get their fix of waterskiing and wakeboarding helped a bit, too.
In a nod to their love for the Hawaiian islands, Linda and Terry are decorating their Delta Coves home Hawaiian style.
Terry is also looking forward to sharing his love of pickleball with Delta Coves neighbors (he’s a USA Pickleball ambassador).

For Sherry Homes, it was love at first sight at Delta Coves. To live by the water is a bucket-list item. Plus, she prefers new homes. Delta Coves delivers on both fronts.
Says Sherry, “Delta Coves really offered my dreams to come true.”
Having grown up on the water, she is excited to spend time boating and waterskiing with her grandchildren. She’s also excited about spending time with a close friend who lives nearby on the Delta.
