Homeowners and management companies must fill out this form when they have a new tenant moving into a Delta Coves property. Per California state statute, a written lease or rental agreement for a term of 30 days or more is required.
The lease must include the names of the parties, the date of the agreement, the lease term, and signatures. The lease must also indicate that all tenants are bound by the DCMC governing documents when in the community. You can redact financial and personal information from the agreement before uploading it, if you wish.
