Know the rules for rentals
Before you rent out your Delta Coves home, read through the DCMC Rental Policy to ensure you know what’s allowed and what’s prohibited. Here are a few rules to note:
- Short-term rentals are prohibited — leases be a minimum of 30 days.
- Not less than 10 days prior to the commencement of the tenancy, the owner must complete and submit the new tenant registration form.
