While venturing through Delta Coves, you have probably noticed previously empty coves now full of new homes.
As this growth occurs, new neighbors join our community – either part-time or full-time – and experience what Delta Coves living is truly about. This growth also means we’re at a point where more new faces are enjoying resident-only spaces – residents and guests alike.
Within the community, residents congregate throughout Island Camp, along the walking paths and greenspaces, and on the water. When you see someone new, feel free to be a friendly face and welcome them to Delta Coves. Introduce yourself and share what you love most about living here and some events or traditions they can look forward to. Invite new neighbors to join you at a Pickleball or Book Club meet up, or maybe start a new club to share their hobbies with others.
A neighborhood isn’t a community without people deciding to come together, support each other, and build a place where everyone feels welcome and at home. A friendly foot forward will help integrate new neighbors into the community and potentially have guests considering making the move here as well.
As always, please reach out to Community Life with questions or submit a community concern form if you see something that needs to be addressed.
Thank you,
Delta Coves Board of Directors
