Landscape

Monarch Landscaping maintains your community’s shared landscape, like the areas around Island Camp and Anchor Bend Park. Monarch provides DCMC with a focused and efficient property maintenance plan, which includes irrigation management, plant maintenance, tree care, weed and debris clean up.

If you need to report a community landscape issue, submit a community concern. It’s the most efficient way to give us the heads up that something’s amiss.

Landscape maintenance schedule

In the spirit of keeping our four-legged and smaller two-legged family members healthy, it’s good to note Monarch’s weekly five-zone maintenance circuit (which includes spraying herbicide).

Please keep in mind the schedule map will be adjusted as needs change. Check out the safety info sheet for more information on the chemicals being used.

  • Red Zone – every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month
  • Blue Zone – every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month
  • Yellow Zone – every 4th Friday of each month
  • Green Zone – every 2nd and 4th Monday of each month
  • Purple Zone – every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month
  • Orange Zone – every 5th week

Dog Paddle

Delta Coves residents and their pups can run and play at the Dog Paddle dog park from sunrise to sunset daily. Keep in mind, the park does close Thursdays between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. for the team to conduct landscape maintenance. Please do not enter the gates during that time for your and your pets safety.

Community trail

The Delta Coves community trail runs for 3 miles along Gateway Road, turning through Anchor Bend Park to Sandy Lane and continues along the south side of the community to the lagoon’s breach.

Mutt Mitt dog waste stations have been installed along the trail to make clean up easy for our furry friends.
