2024 Operations Survey

The Delta Coves Community Life team sent out a survey through Delta Coves News in August. This survey served to engage residents, determine community thoughts on community management, and provide feedback on neighborhood communications. Your responses are key to making sure the Delta Coves strategic plan remains on track.

Our commitment to you

Island Camp crew

This summer (May to September), a part-time ambassador was on hand at Island Camp to help welcome residents and troubleshoot concerns. DMB Development, Delta Coves’ master developer, hired a nighttime patrol to keep an eye on the amenity between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Water safety education

The board of directors and Community Life developed additional water safety education for the resident website, welcome emails, and Lagoon home page.

Rules assessments and concerns

  • The DCMC board of directors and Community Life staff invite residents to attend board meetings. They’re open meetings where budgets, projects, and contracts are reviewed and these decisions can affect budgets and — ultimately — your dues. Submit questions ahead of the meeting and be a part of the budgeting and decision-making process.
  • Learn more about the community by visiting the governance and financial pages.
  • We’ll continue to educate the community about rules and budgets, too. Keep an eye on your emails for more info in your weekly Delta Coves News.
  • Reach out if you don’t receive the weekly eblast, we’ll keep you up to date.

Bark park and parking

  • The long-awaited dog park is under construction with an estimated year-end opening.
  • Trailer parking and additional resident and guest parking will follow shortly after.
