A note from your developer
Builder changes
In the course of any major development projects, wayward winds can pop up requiring a change in navigation plans. Many residents in attendance at the October board meeting may recall your board of directors voting to return the builder bond to Pulte — concluding their business in Delta Coves.
This leaves three unclaimed parcels near Island Camp. DMB Development entered into contract with Blue Mountain — who will take over the existing models. Their team will make a few minor changes to current floor plans for prospective residents looking for a smaller home steps from the water and the vast array of amenities Island Camp offers.
We look forward to the models reopening and welcoming new residents into the neighborhood this year.

Water Campus plans
The master developer plans to begin construction on the water campus before the end of 2026. At completion, the two one-million-gallon tanks will hold reserve water to supply the community in the event an emergency restricts movement from the Island.
Moving into the future
While construction slowed in 2025, the community keeps progressing and has passed the 50% mark for homes closing escrow. Keep a weather eye out for future developer updates in upcoming Delta Coves News emails.
