Are you contemplating buying a boat? Or perhaps moving your vessel to your Delta Coves dock? While it can be an exciting process, please consider where you’ll keep your trailer before taking ownership of a new boat or moving it into the lagoon.

Just a heads up, you cannot store your trailer on any portion of your lot per DCMC’s CCRs, section 2.7.4. The CCRs allow parking for brief periods of loading, unloading, or emergency repairs only. DCMC’s Vehicle Operation and Parking Policy extends allowances to allowing boat trailers parked to temporarily park for no more than seven consecutive days in any calendar month. The Delta Coves Community Life team will issue compliance violations for boat trailers found on property for more seven consecutive days.

Delta Coves’ Master Developer, SDC Delta Coves, is considering dry storage trailer parking somewhere within the community. However, they have not yet identified the location. In the meantime, with the hope of alleviating some stress, we’ve gathered a list of boat trailer storage facilities within a 10-minute drive of Delta Coves.
