When it comes to trash, storage can be a dirty business. Keeping in line with the CC&Rs when storing trash receptacles assists with safer streets and keeps up the general look and appeal of the community.
Out for pickup
Trash receptacles in Delta Coves may be placed at the curb up to 12 hours before scheduled pick-up hours (CC&Rs; section 2.12). Be mindful of sidewalks and driveways so neighbors can freely move about the community. Once picked up, wheel your trash storage bin behind your side gate within 12 hours of pick-up.
Help a neighbor out
See a trash can that’s just not being put back? Ask your neighbor if they need help and offer to roll the can back for them. A small, kind gesture can help build connection and community.
Questions or concerns?
